We want You to be happy with our service and the products we deliver to You. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Website refers to RawsomePaws.com, accessible from https://www.rawesomepaws.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The Goods are in the original packaging

Our Product Assurance Guarantee assures you that all raw frozen Goods will be packaged and delivered in the condition intended by the manufacturer, and within the "Best by" dates indicated on the packaging. We can not be held responsible for raw frozen Goods that have been left out for any extended period after our delivery.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Stolen or Damaged Goods

We agree to deliver Goods in the condition intended by the manufacturer, to the location specified when the order is placed, and in the timeframe agreed to. We can not be held responsible for the theft of, or damage to, any Goods after delivery has been made and verified by proof of delivery, and will not be obliged to offer replacement or refund for any theft or damage of any Goods.

Returning Goods

We are not able to dispatch drivers to pick up any Goods You wish to return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should bring the Goods at the following address:
